In a first, ESPN to broadcast the same day WSOP

Days 3 to 8 of the main event of the WSOP - planned for July 14-19 - will feature 34 hours of poker "live" on ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPN3.com features unedited play and hole cards.

Coverage of 30 minutes of delay on ESPN2 (and available on ESPN3.com) includes only hole cards postflop. There are two tables of feature and coverage will move between tables every 30 minutes, but any "all-in and call" situations will be included.

Live coverage will precede Tuesday evening WSOP télédiffusions ESPN, which began July 26 and run each week until the main event champion is crowned on 8 November. Lon McEachern and Norman Chad will be hosts of the coverage on ESPN.

McEachern and David Tuckman will manage play-by-play in the execution of six days of the WSOP live poker. In addition, rotation of the poker players will serve as analysts in this segment.

ESPN also be broadcasting three additional events for the 2011 WSOP: WSOP Grudge matches, the World Championship Heads up $ 25,000 and $ 50,000 Poker players. These events will be listened on a delay of five minutes on ESPN3.com unedited, but present no hole cards. They will be broadcast edited with hole cards on from ESPN in late July.
