Playoffs 2011 NBA: Miami Heat paste with starting lineup despite struggles

MIAMI - Despite the departures of first quarter slow underperformance of their starting unit, and the Miami Heat coach Erik Spolestra be field the same range to the tipoff of game 5 against the Philadelphia 76ers Wednesday night.
