Albert Haynesworth launched deal of advocacy for sexual abuse charge

Defensive Lineman Redskins Albert Haynesworth reportedly slipped his credit card in the BRA waitress and then hit her breasts, according to court documents filed Wednesday arguing Haynesworth deal in the case of sexual abuse.

Counsel for the Haynesworth, however, said that the agreement was not one that he would take and that his client would fight the charge. Prosecutors filed paperwork in superior court in Washington saying that, if Haynesworth agrees to plead guilty to simple assault, they would decrease the charge of sexual assault of tort. Both charges carry the same maximum penalty, however, up to six months in prison and a fine of up to $1,000.

Attorney for Haynesworth, a. Scott Bolden, wrote in an e-mail Wednesday to the Associated Press that offer was "" no agreement at all, is not a us would entertain. ""

"My client is prepared to and will vigorously fight these charges," he wrote.

This is typical prosecutors offer a compromise of advocacy at the beginning of the procedure of a minor offence and share the details of their case at the time.

An overview of the Government's case, filed with the offer of plea in the court documents, includes a more complete description of the incident presumed at the w Hotel Washington in mid-February. The eight-page document, said Haynesworth was attending a birthday party the night of 12 to 13 February and was ready to pay the invoice over $ 800 when the waitress was called on the hands of dishes.

Insisting on the fact that he wanted to pay immediately and before she could file dishes, Haynesworth has operated the woman on his arm and shoulder with his card, according to the documents of the Court. The waitress "looked up and down itself, as if you're wondering where [Haynesworth] should make him [map]," when he slid the card at the Centre of her brassiere and started to touch his chest, the documents allege. He said something to the effect of "can I do that?," the State of documents.

A witness who saw the Exchange believed the waitress had agreed to Haynesworth to place the card in her bra, but noted his tone turning stern and she asked him to withdraw his hand after hit, according to the documents. The map was eventually refused, and another waitress he brought back to Haynesworth, prosecutors said in the document.

After that the waitress said other employees what was happened, a person of security at the hotel approached Haynesworth and he has questioned if he remembers to have any contact with the woman.

"I not touching," responded Haynesworth, document, adding that he does "even love black girls".

When the police detectives tried later for an interview with Haynesworth, he spontaneously told them, according to the documents of the Court: "I know what he is talking about, it is just upset, I have a white girlfriend. I couldn't tell you the last time I dated a black girl. She tried to get with me. ?

He refused to be interviewed later, but he provided no later than a sworn statement to the Government.

Haynesworth was a tumultuous season 2010 with the Redskins that ended when he was suspended without pay for the last four games of the season for "conduct detrimental to the club". He has consistently feuded with coach Mike Shanahan, ignored drives of the shoulder and did step pass a fitness test at the beginning of training camp. He has not started a game last season, although it is in the second year of 100 million dollars over seven years contract.

Redskins coach Mike Shanahan replied Wednesday, what he thinks of the sexual assault charge, that it would be not fair to give its opinion without talking to Haynesworth.

"Any time from someone name which is there which was associated with this organization is not positive, it is clear that you did very well on this subject," Shanahan said. "But you want to know the facts first, and I have not been able to speak to Albert". So I feel comfortable on the subject. ?

Haynesworth has until 17 may for deciding to accept the offer of plea.

Haynesworth is also currently facing charges in Virginia for punching would have been a man in a road rage assault. This trial is scheduled for may. At one point last summer, he also participated prosecution of a Bank, an exotic dancer, a wounded man in a car accident car and complaints from his ex-wife that he was not paid for his health insurance or invoices for their children.
