The New York Times reported that the NFL plans to have the World Anti-Doping Agency to oversee the Federal establishment to test players for drug performance enhancing if an appellate court has forced the end League Lockout and to implement the rules of operation of the League this season.
The Times quoted an unidentified NFL official informed of its planning.
Reports of the WADA could eventually lead to players being blood tested for the first time human growth hormone.
The NFL and the players are locked in a battle of the work that went before the courts. The owners are currently locked by the players, which have disbanded their union and sued the owners in Federal Court.
